Everything was great, including the hospitable and proactive staff providing excellent service. the hotel is in a central area, conveniently located next to Mega Mall and Batam Center Ferry terminal, making it easy to access shopping areas and supermarkets. the room I stayed in was comfortable, quiet, and brand-new, with a hot shower that added to the relaxing experience.

I will come back, the hotel met my needs. The venue is absolutely great and incredibly beautiful, has welcoming staff in a puzzled manner. I have to mention the tasty and relatively cheap breakfast with passable taste and d food and an acceptable spread. The rooms are spotless and modern with nice view, twin bed, good channels. The location is great, 2 miles from a large Buddhist temple. There is a ferry port next to the hotel.

the mascot dino the room is spacious with good grade soft pillows and extra pillows too the fact that the rooms have 5 pillows and nice lounge sofabed nice and thick comforter breakfas tbuffet varies daily

no shuttle service provided to popular shopping centre like nagoyahill no service to pick up or send guests with heavy lugges or pple with difficulty walkin or elderly out of service swimming pool also unattractive looking pool too limited food in room service and a bit pricey for normal food

This hotel offers spacious and comfy rooms with a great view in a peaceful setting. Huge and comfortable quiet unit with a nice view.

The room was neat and perfect with mineral water provided daily. Our breakfasts were not expensive with an acceptable spread.

Well, the pool was a bit of a small and location was just behind the restaurant, so when you swim, diners will enjoying watching you :)

The room is very spacious and clean. It is just next to batam center ferry terminal and mega mall is right opposite. Very good location.

I felt really warm throughout the night. I wasn't if it's the air-conditioning as it's always at it's lowest. 18 degrees.
